Yes.
At Drip Culture, we only sell 100% authentic, brand-new sneakers. Every pair is thoroughly sourced and verified to meet the highest standards.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Drip Culture ships only within the United States.
Stay tuned — we plan to expand internationally in the future!
4. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, all orders are final once submitted.
We are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed, so please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
5. What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless you receive an incorrect or defective item.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@dripculture.com.
6. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Drip Culture is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
