International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Drip Culture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier.
- Please contact the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.
Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final
- Due to the nature of limited and collectible sneakers, all sales are final.
- We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you received is not as described (e.g., wrong size or incorrect item).
Incorrect or Defective Items
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To request assistance, please email support@dripculture.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received: unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including shoe box, accessories, and tags if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Drip Culture.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
