  • Estimated delivery times begin once the package has been shipped, not from the time of order placement.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Drip Culture only ships within the United States.
    (If you plan to offer international later, I can help you update this.)

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Drip Culture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier.
  • Please contact the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of limited and collectible sneakers, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you received is not as described (e.g., wrong size or incorrect item).

Incorrect or Defective Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To request assistance, please email support@dripculture.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received: unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including shoe box, accessories, and tags if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Drip Culture.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
